I Purchased nike shoes from AJIO. But somehow they are not fit so I asked to return them. But these people refused for return and the silly answer for that is shoe box is not there. I consistently argue that the shoes itself is having all the relevant information, like bar code, manufacturing details place of origin etc. I share that to them. After 5-7 round of mails, ultimately they say "BIG NO" I am a regular online buyer from Amazon, Flipcart and Paytm, and I never face such type of replacement condition in any of these online sites So it was my first and last interaction with AJIO.
