Pathetic customer service. First of all they don’t have any direct contact number where we can reach. I ordered shoes which was sent without a price tag. Other tags are intact on box, ajio cover etc. I wanted to return the shoes but the courier guy denied pickup twice stating that the price tag isn’t there which was never attached to the shoes and that they haven’t received mail from Ajio. Despite of sending constant mails to Ajio the issue is not resolved. They keep postponing the issue. Never ever get allured by their attractive prices. You won’t be able to return the product once received. They are frauds.
