They had delivered my order to somebody else. I have asked for verification and to refund my amount. But, nothing has been done. Another order was done in the month of March, but they could not deliver the order due to the lockdown. I could understand, but they should refund the amount . Still, nothing has been done. Very pathetic customer care . They are cheating the customer. Above are regarding order number FL0144262036 and FL0146439573.
