Initially have ordered a track with size 5XL. The size ordered was very loose, so made an exchange for a smaller size 3XL.
Got the exchange track, but to my surprise same size of 5XL is sent with the card tag of 3XL.
When I called Customer care the response was notnleading to any solution.
Have asked to make refund to my bank. They denied saying as per policy it will credited to AJIO wallet.
Very unhappy with the services.
