very bad customer service. My refund was initiated a month back and yet to receive. When queried Ajio customer care asked me to follow up with the bank. That's crazy. How can I follow up for the transaction between Ajio and bank and why should I do that? You don't get any reply on the customer care email apart from the system generated one. Really frustrating. Will not shop again on Ajio.
