Very very Poor Customer Care Service
I had made payment ₹ 2614.1 through Credit Card on 22/07/20 19:15 but order not confirmed and also amount not credited till now (complaint id: COM00011668619 raised on 31/07/2020 along with transaction reference number and credit card statement)
If I call ajio customer care team / supervisor, they always told me to wait for 2 more business days I heard the same about 10 times..
I couldn't get any resolution / updation till now..
