Everytime a new complaint is raised for the same issue & I am given multiple complaint/inquiry IDs. Why are you incapable of processing a standard operation like a refund which is fairly due to the customers, all the while enjoying your free salary in the name of COVID19. Tons of consumers are raising the same issue.
