We ordered 6 items in AJIO online and started receiving one by one. On 7th Sep the courier delivered a packet to the security staff without informing us. On checking it was found that instead of 2 pieces only 1 was there. We complained on 14th sep no resolution but a message came stating issue resolved. Again complained on 24th sep same response. Customer care doesn’t pick up and were holding the call twice for half hour each. Sent an email no response. Very bad service and are gobbling up customer’s money. Was a regular customer at Trends but will avoid them and recommend that they are avoided.
