About the product, its an amazingly comfortable chair. My wife has a Secretlab Titan Evo 2022 and I can say that the Max that I bought is about on Par with comfort minus all the packaging and un needed features such as magnetic pillows and covers. This chair from AKracing is just functional, it works and it is comfortable at a very good price point. All that is left is to do is assess the quality but that will take a few years
