Checkout process was excellent, well built website, dispatch and delivery timeframe also excellent.
Description of package contents poor, paid extra for an upgrade offered during checkout for a cushion that came with the chair by default, was not listed.
Chair turned up with a plastic guard component broken. Did not affect assembly or operation of chair, no reply to communications regarding this matter.
