Shipping was prompt and item mostly as expected.. However I consider it quite poor form to wait until after we have received the item to inform us that we would have to pay for any shipping in the event of a warranty claim (this is printed on the packing slip and no where else.
Having a real tough time figuring out what's so difficult about putting that on their website.
