Dealing with AKRacing has been excellent. Their website is great, I received some great advice through the online chat, and we received the gaming chair very quickly. My boy is very happy with the chair itself (although he found the manual to be difficult to follow and the construction of the chair quite confusing at times). All in all a great experience and highly recommended.
