I got in touch with Aldi at the end of October to have a copy of my online purchase of a stroller, having an upcoming flight in December I thought well ahead.
Every week they send a wrong receipt or nothing at all, only the whorehouse could deal with it apparently and they didn’t do anything.
Someone got in touch beginning of December , they were the guarantee company and they were going to deal with it on my behalf, I have to wait further 9 days... guess what ??? 9 days have gone and NO ONE GOT IN TOUCH !
