I always get meat from aldi but not anymore. The last 3 times of byeing 30 days matured rosting beef wasn't worth the time. It looked good but when cooked it was two therds grisle so won't use aldi again

The Aldi on the Wellingborough road in Northampton Another bad experience at the self serve the same member of staff checked my personal shopping trolley without asking me obviously never found anything this has happened before what she done is. not legal no other supermarket does this I get they have issues with shoplifters but treating someone as a potential thief is bang out of order I have reported this as it was the same woman who did it the time before so makes me wonder why she is still working there disgusting behaviour towards customers who pay their wages What a jobs worth I shall let my friends know who shop at this branch

Today I had to leave Sydenham, Bell Green Aldi in a hurry because I had forgotten I had a hospital appointment. I had to leave my shopping in a trolley and explained to a staff member that I had to leave immediately but would be back in an hour. She very kindly put the whole trolley of food in the chiller room so that when I did return I was able to continue shopping. This is not the first time that I have found Aldi staff help me out in an emergency situation, without any fuss.

We regularly bought Snackrite Tangz 'Tangy Tomato Flavour Snacks' but we have had to throw away many packets because the bags are not sealed. This has been going on for months. About time it was sorted

Bought some frozen bbq chicken wings, that was not chicken, I cooked them as instructed and the chicken was like jelly and was very off putting and I couldn’t eat them, my husband ate some but he said the same thing, he gave them a chance but I couldn’t just looking at it. Definitely wouldn’t buy these again.

The foodie market coconut clusters are just too delicious. Doggie likes them also if she can a sniff in.

Purchased some double cream which was dated 13th July along with strawberries, green and purple grapes bananas for fruit salad which my 14 year old grandaughter was making for us. She give us dessert and glad we noticed it before grandkids ate it as cream was off and they would of been really poorly, totally ruined what would of been a lovely refreshing dessert. Complained to manager who told me to ring customer services to issue me with a voucher which apparently they can't or should I say wont because I paid cash and never got receipt. Who can afford to throw money in the bin. Totally rude customer service.

Today I visited the Albert Road store Watford. The self service assistant was so rude and unhelpful. She was helping me to process a couple of reduced items, her attitude just so sarcastic and said some rude things to me. She just put me off shopping in your store again

Not a vegetarian product. Just want to make shoppers aware that an item they are selling is NOT Vegetarian. The Foodie Market Apricot and Almond mix have SHELLAC in it. Shellac is NOT a vegetarian product. It should not be used as a vegetarian item. According to the vegetarian society and the food standards agency this is NOT permitted or approved to be classed as vegetarian. Shellac comes from the Lac Bug if anyone’s unsure. If people are not likely to read the ingredients they trust the V symbol on the front as being accurate and honest they have no idea they have eaten this product. How many other ingredients are they using that they are declaring as vegetarian that aren’t. They need better informed staff tk be making decisions like this because they clearly have no food knowledge. I have been a vegetarian for over 40 years and have no desire to eat anything like this shellac product and I’m sure there are many others that agree with me. It has been removed from vegetarian society approval list and they should be adhering to these standards to satisfy these requirements. If this were an allergen they decided not to mention they would have a potential death and massive law suit on their hands. Food labelling is there for a reason. If they are adding shellac to their foods then they should REMOVE the V sign from the box. They are mislabelling this item. Have contacted Aldi but not really bothered. They replied with consumers can make their own choice if they want to eat it. THATS NOT THE POINT I’m sure people will decide, but the label is misleading and misinforming.

I tried Nordpak for the first time, tastes just like Lurpak, but a hell of a lot cheaper, it still works out cheaper per KG to get the big tub of Flora Buttery in most shops, but when I want to treat myself I'll go for Aldi's stuff from now on instead of getting Lurpak, I also have some of their version of Anchor butter, but I haven't tried it yet. Oh, if you're looking for a nice treat you can keep in the freezer, grab the Triple Chocolate Gateaux, it tastes fantastic and it's really cheap, I'm not usually one for cakes, but the Gateaux does it for me.

I love Aldi as it close and convenient even though it doesn't stock much free range meat or ethnic choices. I love the plant based sausages and beefburgers . I bought Specially selected 6 lean pork sausages for a BBQ as it's been hot. They are tasteless and so much salt in the taste we had to throw them away. The amount of taste was nuts. I wish they sold real organic sausages.
