“What’s going on at aldi bought bramwells quixo gravy granules for meat have they changed the recipe.it does not dissolve like it use to full of small lumps returned my 2 tubs for a refund I have shopped at my Romiley store since it opened .i have noticed a change in a number of products stew steak fat and grizzle.dishwasher tablets don’t wash as good .gone back to Asda. “Hello there,Well today I was on your self service,I,no,the machine,had to call
the attendant a few times,he was perfectly pleasant and explained things to me.I have had the same attendant on the manned checkout and seen him,and probably asked for his help at times,so I know he is good.
I saw another older woman who I thought was being very grumpy with him and thought in case she complains I want to counter argue his case! I did not get his name,I imagine from the receipt you will know who it is,was a nice young man with a fabulous beard! :) My compliments to him :)
I would like to add that mostly I am ok with your machines,but honestly do you really need them,the service on the checkout was always excellent,so swift and efficient always,I think you have come down a bit by using self service too much.”
“I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the disgusting service I received during my recent visit to the Aldi store near the Magic Roundabout in Swindon at 8:25. I was asked by the assistant to return some unwanted fruits while using the self-service till, which I found to be unacceptable. As a customer serving myself and paying at Aldi, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided.
Your staff on a self service till not there to hang around! They are meant to help! You need to give them more training!”

“I was on break, went to buy a drink and few things I will be needed for dinner
I finished at the pay point,noticed I need id for drink.
I tried showing him from my point, because of the nature of my job, he shove my phone away, without listening to me
As a customer rep, you can talk to the customer without raising your voice
But no he should that he is a rascist and black people are not welcome in the store
I had to call my colleague to come with the id, in between the manager came, he was the rude of all.
You can address a customer without been rude! Countless times to show my id on my phone even if I don’t get the drink was abortive
I was embarrassed, but I learnt a lesson, I take my money elsewhere where, where the understand customer rapport, not showing his ego, however it’s gonna be my last time there.

“I have been happy shopping weekly at Aldi, Sherburn for many years. Recently, I find items with no prices displayed. Finding someone to help is tricky as staff are all trying to meet targets getting stock out. Sometimes, I have to wait till they’ve finished stocking shelves to pick up an item myself. I don’t think it’s their fault though, just the policies in place for efficiency! Last week I needed 3 regular items in particular, but they weren’t available - coffee beans, noodles and vitamins. I drove to my next nearest store in Wetherby, and found all 3 items.”
