Aldi Yeovil is a real pleasure to shop at. The staff on the floor are happy interactive individuals and always have smiles on their faces. It’s not too much to have a quick chat on till which is what is missing in shops today. The personal approach. The shop is tidy, organised with a variety of interesting items frequently. Staff have always been friendly and happy to help even though they look very busy. I haven’t seen a shop where it’s so work busy so hats off to them all. I can not fault the youngsters here at all they are a credit to the store. It is their attitude that has me and my husband returning regularly. Only fault with shop is the price rise of some items which has jumped significantly, not a slow rise which we could cope with but a high rise which has made us swap items we would normally buy for other things. I think this is across every shop though. Definitely our favourite shop so well done people.

Went to the shop at the Stow in Harlow to change normal nappy to pull up nappy. At the entrance, I spoken to a male staff who said it cannot be exchanged without the receipt. I went to my car to put the nappies at the boot to return back to the shop to buy fruit. I was approached by a staff and a security man to demand receipt. While trying to explain the situation to them, the manage at the store who I believe is Eastern European origin just jumped in the conversation and said loudly that, her staff can demand for receipt of purchase at anytime making everyone at the car park looking at me. I walked with them to the male staff I enquired about exchanged from who confirmed I walked into the store with the trolley with the nappies inside. I have never felt humiliated in my life before this incident and I believe this was because of my race. I wanted to complain to the manager and to my surprise it was this rude and loud lady. While trying to express my disappointment, the manager who I believe does have good customer relations asked me if I want to talk to her as an adult. I just couldn’t waste my time talking to her and took the number for customer service to make complain. The customer service agent was very understanding

Aldi food quality has diminished. We throw most of the the fruit and vegetables in the bin as they are not fit for human consumption Aldi sell by dates are only valid for approximately 3 days which is not convenient when you shop on a weekly bases We have shopped at Aldi for seven years and were great fans of Aldi at the start but now as the food quality as gone down we will no longer be shopping at Aldi and will return to our original supper mark store Yours most disappointed Andrew.

Disgusting price rises . Fastest at 19% inflation compared to other supermarkets. Aldi isn't cheap it's up there with the rest. They will still make record profits.

When shopping at Aldi, I wish they had a customer service desk like at Waitrose. Having a customer service desk would make it easier for me to report a problem, rather than chasing a busy employee around.

Aldi Crayford, terrible customer service, long wait to pay, not much product variety and they demand to search people’s personal belongings. Avoid.

Dear Customer Services, I am making a complaint against one of your staff servicing at the till. The incident occurred today at Aldi Stores (Ireland) Ltd, Hanover Road, Carlow. While standing with my items on the conveyer belt to be scanned, I noticed your staff (Male) looking to one of the rear sides of the isles at somebody behind me and looking at me two to three times and nodding his head to the person. Later, when my turn came (I bought 79017 KING PRAWNS RAW x5) staff took all of my items and other people's items closer to him (Two customers' items) and started scanning my items. While scanning I am not able to go forward to the paying area as the previous customer was still there sorting out his purchase and his payment (Paid using his Phone). As soon as he left, I went to the front to collect my item and make the payment. The customer behind me followed me to the front and stood right next to me without making any effort to move so I could make my payment without any issues or collect my items. Because if the money I was carrying was not enough, I wanted to use my credit/Debit card. At this moment I felt very uncomfortable as this is not the mistake of the customer but solely of your staff who encouraged such behaviour. Even if customers misbehave, the staff should make sure to engage themselves in creating an environment where I could feel safe. I am very disappointed and disapprove of such irresponsible behavior from your staff. These are organized and intended to corner someone in this manner. Customers should feel safe and comfortable while shopping at Aldi stores. Their shopping experience should not leave a painful memory behind. An organized and orderly system should be implemented to avoid future mishaps with customers or staff.

I purchased two Slimwell sweet potato curry ready meals from the Aldi store but on opening the cardboard outside packaging I saw that the plastic trays of both meals were badly broken. Once cooked I discovered several bits of plastic in the food. My issue is not with this, accidental damage occurs, but with the response of customer services. Initially I was told that they would monitor the performance of this supplier. On pointing out that this is actually dangerous I got a voucher for half the value. I feel this should be taken more seriously as if eaten, especially by a child, the plastic could cause damage.

I've just been into Alidi as I have always do and have always had great customer service, but on this occasion a girl named as Hannah in the Coulby Newham shop was extremely rude to me at the till, I had forgotten my bags, asked politely if I could go and get them, then she just started throwing the shopping into the trolley, after I had asked the only guy that was queuing if he want to go before me. I suffer with a painful back as it is, she stomped of to get the manager to serve me. Serves with a smile I didn't get, I have worked in customer base employment all my working career and never been spoken to like that ever.

Items ordered online on 26 January 2023. Received confirmation same day from that such items were out for delivery by Evri, arriving on 2 February 2023. Another email received on 28 January stating there was a tracking error but made an assurance that items were despatched from your warehouse and you were working hard to ensure delivery etc. etc. Further email received 30 January stating that Evri was unable to provide a further update to my parcel, however, you, Aldi, would look into it and possibly issue a refund if parcel could not be traced. Subsequently received email on 31 January stating that a refund was being processed to my order! This is the second time in 4 weeks that this has happened with my orders and I am fed up and disappointed with such ineptitude. Aldi, please STOP appearing to put the blame on Evri and Yodel for your despatched problems. If you are overwhelmed with orders, do take a look within to discover the source of the problems that you are having dispatching your customers' orders. As a German company you are meant to be SUPER EFFICIENT!!!

One of the most obnoxious tills people served me at aldi Truro today at 17:15. He rushed the customer ahead of me through the till by piling my items through while they were still packing, then tried to rush me through next. There appears to be two sections where people are meant to pack right next to each other. I took to pack my items in the clear section so I could take care and sort out the mess he created, whilst my children were going to pack the other side. The tills person then started to ram the items from one aisle to the other, hit the pay button for the card machine to beep incessantly and then storm off. It made the whole process much slower and awful for all who witnessed it. He returned angrily without an apology. I was so flustered I couldn't find my card, and another customer paid for me to get the queue moving prior to me finding it in my coat pocket. The worst and most demeaning customer service I have received anywhere. The two sections are a ridiculous idea for the sanity of customers and staff, and I will make sure to take my time at your business from now on.

There was a incident at our local aldi store. I emailed my complaint customer complaints line apologised and stated they would send me a gift card a month later I received it. It was to the value of $100 but there was nothing on it. I was told because it was a high value card & security reasons they would activate it. a week later I check balance.now saying invalid card. Aldi customer service is rotten & complaints line are liar's.They had no intention on honouring there word.

Hello, a few months ago Aldi opened a store at 11601 Regency Village Drive, Orlando, FL 32821. Everything is good, except the customer service of one cashier (Jackie), she was very rude, impolite, she throws the food in the shopping car without any care, that happened to me two times, notify the managers regarding this, she should not work with customer service, because what happened to me must happen to many people. I hope they take action on this cashier. Thank you.

When shopping in the Sandhurst store today, I picked a box of champagne flutes reduced to 99p, they were on display with a ticket. When going through the checkout I was told that these can't be sold because they are not on the system, I asked whether they could be scanned as a miscellaneous code and was told that this couldn't happen. A manager was called over and said that HQ instructed that all remaining Christmas stock can't be sold. This is absolutely horrendous customer service, stock should have been removed from the shop floor and I really don't understand why my purchase could not have been honoured, I wrote to the Customer Service team and received an obviously pick a paragraph scripted response with a few paragraphs, the last paragraph included: Unfortunately the product is no longer available so maybe that is the reason why it cannot be sold anymore maybe they forgot to pull out the item and we are very sorry for this happened and we hope you understand. In most cases I would have let this go. But we are talking about a 99p glass that Aldi refused to sell, yet it was on display with a price label.
