Tried to return an Aldi special buy as it was faulty. I did not have the receipt but I could prove by a credit card statement I had shopped in store. Manager very condescending and I felt so demined I left with the faulty item. He wanted me to prove what time I had been in store. Also there is no customer services so you have to sort at the till holding others customers up and this is embarrassing. My dignity worth more than the £15. Can only advise other customers that taking something back that's faulty can be very uncomfortable and you are made to feel in the wrong.
