there a notice in every shopping car park saying we can stay for 90 min for free but when me and the wife went shopping in Billingham shopping we stayed for 56 min only but had letter sent to us from ParkingEye parking charge amount £70 .00 pay this parking charge is discounted to £40.00 if paid within 14 days so we wont be shopping at Aldi anymore
