No.communication from Hermes no human behind telephone number as tracking number failed to proceed call. Day 3 still no communication from them. Hermes is a joke. Provide costumer with human telephone number no computer. Give people option to.colect from local depo. 72 hours for email response from you is appalling service is standard for Hermes UK. Tracking system not updated for 3 days and no parcel.
