So much for having a 60 day returns policy!
I was queuing up as Aldi opened to beat the rush as I had a bottle of alcohol bought in error that I needed to return. The bottle was as new and I had my original receipt.
In-store I was told they have a no return/refund policy on alcohol and I needed to contact customer services, what should have been a simple transaction is now going to take much more time than it should.
Come on Aldi, get your act together!
