I was on break, went to buy a drink and few things I will be needed for dinner
I finished at the pay point,noticed I need id for drink.
I tried showing him from my point, because of the nature of my job, he shove my phone away, without listening to me
As a customer rep, you can talk to the customer without raising your voice
But no he should that he is a rascist and black people are not welcome in the store
I had to call my colleague to come with the id, in between the manager came, he was the rude of all.
You can address a customer without been rude! Countless times to show my id on my phone even if I don’t get the drink was abortive
I was embarrassed, but I learnt a lesson, I take my money elsewhere where, where the understand customer rapport, not showing his ego, however it’s gonna be my last time there.
Hope they go for training and work on customer relationship
