I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the disgusting service I received during my recent visit to the Aldi store near the Magic Roundabout in Swindon at 8:25. I was asked by the assistant to return some unwanted fruits while using the self-service till, which I found to be unacceptable. As a customer serving myself and paying at Aldi, I am extremely disappointed with the level of service provided.
Your staff on a self service till not there to hang around! They are meant to help! You need to give them more training!
