Hello there,Well today I was on your self service,I,no,the machine,had to call the attendant a few times,he was perfectly pleasant and explained things to me.I have had the same attendant on the manned checkout and seen him,and probably asked for his help at times,so I know he is good. I saw another older woman who I thought was being very grumpy with him and thought in case she complains I want to counter argue his case! I did not get his name,I imagine from the receipt you will know who it is,was a nice young man with a fabulous beard! :) My compliments to him :) I would like to add that mostly I am ok with your machines,but honestly do you really need them,the service on the checkout was always excellent,so swift and efficient always,I think you have come down a bit by using self service too much.
