I went to Aldi (Heswall) today for a garden parasol base. It was extremely heavy and I could lift it. I asked a gentleman who worked there ( unfortunately don’t have his name) if someone could assist me and he asked Callum to help me. He had to lift it into the trolley, back out to scan ( the code wouldn’t work) and then accompanied me to my car and lifted it into the boot.
Thank you for excellent customer service and particularly Callum who had to do the heavy lifting .
