Ordered a BBQ with next day delivery. Had the confirmation for delivery.
Waited in all day and nothing arrived. Call to Aldi following morning ( 18 mins kept on hold ) to be told they don't know when its arriving. Did refund the next day delivery.
8 Days later, basically when they felt like it delivery did happen, no comms updates until the morning of delivery, luckily we have a good neighbour !
Would i order from Aldi again? No, Would i reccomend to friends and family? No
