Oh my. Yes. Correct. I speak only regarding the elderly and those less mobile than the rest of us. I have voted with my feet and will not frequent these stores because of it. Not going to mention quality here. I quote part of what the editorial said re what Dame Esther Rantzen said in the Daily express today re the abuse of the elderly, not that she was speaking about Aldi. The same thing applies though. Quote...."It is said you should judge a society on the way it treats it's elderly" Dare I say that Aldi should do the same re their treatment of those less able to cope with their ridiculously fast checkouts? It may be that Aldi company policy is to treat with care those less fortunate with consideration. Well for sure it is not carried out in their stores. Come on Aldi. Get to grips with this dreadful situation.
