This is the second time this has happened with an online delivery.
I placed my order over 3weeks ago,I received an email saying the parcel had been dispatched.
When it got to 18 days and no parcel had been delivered I emailed customer service.
They sent an email saying they would look into where my parcel was.
Over 3 weeks later I get a phone call telling me
The parcel had been lost in transit and did I still want the items or a refund.
Well two items were for Mother’s Day and were out of stock last week as I’d checked.
So the customer service is shocking.
