Regarding the non arrival below. Aldi is indeed liable and NOT the courier company. No good trying to get them to admit this as they simply DO NOT understand the law regarding this point. Failing that they DO NOT WANT TO KNOW. Take it to your local trading standards right away. This company's record re customer liason is absolutely horrendous.
