We all know what a nasty company this is, and yes, you may find one or two staff who stand out for kindness. This however does not make for a good overall experience. Has everyone forgotten how this company treat the elderly and less able at the checkouts? have you ever seen an elderly lady frightened to go into her local aldi (small "a" deliberate)? Why? Because she was afraid what would happen to her at the checkout. How do I now? Because I stopped and asked her what was wrong as she looked so worried. What a disgrace. This was at the DOVER store in KENT.
