“Belmont Oaties” used to have a perfect combination of flavour and a crunchy texture but now the replacement “Crumbly Oaties” have neither of these qualities, and frankly taste bland.
The “Village Bakery Fruit Loaf” has had its fruit and fresh peel content reduced to the point where what was once something especially enjoyable is now boring, just like ordinary bread with a few currants thrown in.
Starting with these two products will this be an Aldi trend, reducing quality and charging the same price?
