If I could give no stars I would......ordered 7 items, including pre-ordered item....got the pre-ordered item still waiting for the 6 “in stock” items.
Spent an hour on phone trying to find out where things stood, was told they waiting for courier, felt customer agent wanted to move on ASAP
3-10 working days delivery window.......couriers and Aldi are both 7 day a week operations so by definition the delivery should be here within 10 days.
No doubt I’ll have to waste more time next week trying to get through, absolutely shambolic!
