Items not delivered after 3 weeks past order date. 2 emails and 65 minutes on phone calls to be told it was a warehouse issue, no I couldn't get a refund as it was past their 2 week policy. True. But I didn't change my mind- you never delivered the items so I was due a full refund on my order.
Somewhat resolved after quoting back their policy on non-delivery on yet another email.
Left with half an order delivered and disappointed children.
Still waiting for all those promised callbacks..
Never shopping there again and warning everyone I know about ALDI.
