The item I ordered was never shipped. I waited weeks, no updates unless I contacted your company first and asked. I was told the item would be shipped the next day, then another week or two would go by and it still wasn’t shipped. I finally had to cancel the order.
Your company needs to be honest with ship dates, and do not offer an item for sale unless you actually have it in stock.
