My hot tub took 4 months longer than estimated and then broke on the first use. They sent a replacement which also broke first day. It is now 5 months later and I still don't have a working product. I would avoid this company.
UPDATE: Customer service was very kind and offered a refund. 3 stars for service. Still wary of product quality.
