We ordered a 13x8 ft awning fiber the box was labeled 13x8 ft. We opened the box the awning fiber was 12 ft 2in. We called Aleko and the person who we talked to was absolutely no help whatsoever so we are stuck putting up a awning that is 10 inches too short. We will not order from your company again the order number is 10468105
