We received our awning material in two shipments and only the extra parts were included with the actual awning. I had to call to get the part we need. While the person on the phone was very polite and said she would call the warehouse and get everything shipped, that was on Monday (it's not Friday). So I'm going to have to call again. Why would any company to a shipment without the hardware to put the awning up?
