I had a problem with one of their adjustable dumbbells with one of its plate falling off. The thing is 90lbs and will be very expensive to ship back at my own cost per their return policy. I wasn't happy initially because of the product hazard, but Alex reached out to take care of my concern and offered a free shipping label, and exchanged for another brand new one.
