I was unable to ad an edit to my original review so I am writing this one as an update..
I did receive a call back and the manager I spoke with was very helpful. This company certainly does want their customers to be happy with their purchase. We sorted out the problem and how to fix it.. A refund was received to cover the problem created.
With this kind of customer service I would encourage you to support this company..
