Purchased a beautiful 12x10 Motorized Awning. Looked great when mounted, although it did take a little bit of installation know how to install. The technical support agents walked me thru the parts of the manual I didn't understand and I was able to have it up in about 3 hours. Overall impressed with the support and product.
