I purchased a driveway gate and opener system through Aleko last year. The gate itself is beautiful and although there is a learning curve, the opener system is actually pretty easy to use. As the installation was done completely as a DIY project, and I am no expert, I did have some trouble with the opener system.
Fortunately, the Aleko support team was there to help every step of the way. It's not often you find that consumer products support teams are actually knowledgeable, helpful, and communicative - but they were all three. Highly recommended.
