Had issues with the Aleko AC 1500 sliding gate opener, so I tried online tech support. Although I had to go through one person to do the initial evaluation, I was soon transferred to Nicholas who realized that my problem was not going to be addressed over the chat line, so we began an email conversation. Within 24 hours a replacement was on its way.
It is refreshing to deal with a company with offices in the U.S., and to speak to a tech support person who knows the product and handles your issues in a timely manner.
