Michael P. with Aleko customer service is awsome! The awning I ordered arrived in a very damaged box. Several items were broken or bent. After speaking with Michael he assured me replacement parts are on the way and not to worry! What a relief! Customer service defines a company and I will definitely purchase from Aleko again!
