Aleko, is a wonderful company very easy to work with. They have wonderful customer service employees. I had a problem with my awning and it was under warranty and they replaced the part. I had to contact them as there was still a problem. They went ahead and are replacing the item, no charge and no problems. Here is a copy of the letter I wrote to the company on behalf of the customer service rep that helped me. I would defiantly purchase items from this company. Hello, I would like to inform you of one of your employees Katelyn Kingsford. I have been dealing with Katelyn for over a month now about the problems I am having with my awning. Katelyn, went above and beyond to help correct the problem and she was very professional, and she made sure she got me the answers I needed. I received the replacement motor and after getting it back up, it was still not right. Plus it has faded in a year. So, Katelyn resolved my problem with the tube and also the fabric issue. I just want to tell you what a great employee you have. It was a pleasure dealing with Katelyn and I know if I need anything it will be from your company.
