I had built a new deck on my house and wanted a roof to keep sun out of sliding door. I ordered a 10 X 20 power awning from ALEKO, received in about a week. Assembled in my garage, was very impressed with the fit and finish of the awning and there were no missing parts everything fit fine. I did have some trouble with the motor after I mounted on the house, call service and was sent new parts to fix problem within a few days. Good service, very pleased with the product. looks good, works good.
