Great company and great staff. Spoke to actual people when I had a question or concern. Looking online before I purchased, they looked to be one of the only options available for awnings. I took a chance figuring they must be a massive company in China. They behaved like a local company that still values its customers. The products were great and I am loving the addition of awnings to my deck.
