I am picking one star as there is no option for zero stars.
Slow to respond to queries, even after multiple email prompts.
Do not address the questions raised in the emails, need to be reminded what the issue is.
Not able to complete order online as they first stated.
Slow turn around time once order placed.
The replacement part they recommended to fix the problem did not fix the problem.
No response back when I communicated this to them.
I am looking at other suppliers.
