First hot tub failed in less than ten days. They sent another one and the heater failed within days. The sent a new heater and am unable to install it.because the video showed the wrong hot tub Customer service said they would contact the manufacturer. A month later and no answer from anyone. Must be no one can speak Chinese. Crappy service. I just want my money back.
