I'd like to sing the praises of one customer service agent in particular, Rudy S. He took my problem with installing my Aleko awning in hand and made sure I got the replacement parts I needed. Proactive and solution oriented. I just wish the instruction manual were more complete or I had been smarter in the first instance.
