Great service from Viktor. He got to the root of our problem and provided a solution. Perhaps we could have solved our problem if the trouble shooting suggestions had been included with the initial installation instructions. Kudos to Viktor for caring enough to source those out. After much frustration and money spent, our awning now works great.
