I was awaiting shipment of a replacement part. Didn't see a simple way to get a shipment update online, so I emailed support on a Saturday morning. Got an almost INSTANT response from Nadia that the part will be arriving today. Wow! Good service and even BETTER support. Didn't expect to hear for a few days. Nadia was/is terrific. In today's world, support is really what separates the good companies from the less-than-good.
